Advantages and features

 

1.Continuous vacuum function. There are two cases: vacuum tumbling (fixed vacuum) and breathing tumbling (alternating vacuum and normal pressure), the machine is equipped with a vacuum gauge to display the vacuum degree inside the tumbler in real time.
2. Can select processing method according to different products, improving production efficiency, save energy, reduce the impact of machine start-up, and extend the machine service life. The low speed function is suitable for a variety of deformable products, especially poultry and fishery products.
3. Perfect feeding and unloading solutions. The vacuum suction port can also be used as an ingredients feeding inlet.
4. High standard sanitary design. The whole machine adopts SUS304 high-quality stainless steel; inside the drum is finely polished, no dead space, and the unloading device can completely drain away water.
5. Optional V-type and single-piece blades; different products should adopts different tumbling strength. V-type blade is mostly used for tumbling 3cm size meat and products such as whole chicken and duck. The single-piece blade has a large rolling force and is mainly used for meat size larger than 3cm; the effect will be more ideal than using V-type blade.
6. Using high-quality vacuum pump, vacuum line filter and vacuum sensor, improves the reliability of vacuum system.
7. Adopts PLC and touch screen control. Control system is long-term verified, touch screen operation is more simple, also has water-proof function.

 

 

 

Working principle 

Under the vacuum condition, the vacuum tumbler marinator machine uses the principle of physical impact to make the meat (or other products) flip up and down in the drum, collide and beat each other, and achieve the massaging and pickling effect, so that the meat can evenly absorb the pickling, which improves meat's cohesion and elasticity. Also, by rolling and massaging, the protein can be decomposed into water-soluble protein, which is easily absorbed by the human. At the same time, the additives (starch, etc.) and protein can be fused to each other to achieve a tender meat with good taste and high yield. This machine has pulmonary respiratory function, which makes the product expand and contract in the drum, improving meat internal structure.
