This series can accurately cut "cubes",“ strips"at high work efficiency. The minimum specifications of cutting cubes can be 5mm and the maximum can be 25mm. It's the best choice for dicing and cutting in food processing.
Working Principle
1.The series diced meat cutter is compact in st-ructure. It adopts the use of optimized sanita-ry design.
2. Machine casing and cutting knife paling all are made of stainless steel.
3. Cutting knife adopts the use of double-edge cutting with high work efficiency. It can cut "cubes",“strips" .
4. Smallest cut diced meat specification is 5mm and biggest specification is 25mm by adjusting the cutting thickness knob to change the speed of the meat material pushing rod.
5. It has adjustable speed and buffering function. When cutting hard materials, it can be adjusted slowly and then quickly to protect cutting tools and produce more efficiently.
