Application:

FJBZ-6 Food sealing machine is mainly used for sealing and packaging of rice, fresh meat, cooked meat, fruits and vegetables, as well as industrial types (sauces, slurries, small parts) and other box sealing. With high efficiency and safety; easy to operate, tight sealing, no leakage, no explosion and other packaging characteristics, suitable for ordinary material packaging and high temperature resistance to cooking material packaging.

The machine is rotary type, there are 6 stations distributed on the rotary disk, each station has 1-2 molds, two of them are used for placing the tray box, one is used for product box inspection, one is used for product sealing and packaging, one is used for pushing out the material, and the remaining one belongs to the safety reserved position. When working, the product is firstly put in the tray box, and then the tray box is put into the mold of the discharge area of the equipment, the tray box runs into the sealing mold with the rotation of the turntable (mold), the sealing mold mold is lowered, and the upper film is attached to the tray box in the sealing mold, and then the vacuum (or air conditioning) and then sealing (the upper film and the tray box are sealed together) are punched and cut. The packaged products continue to run forward with the rotation of the turntable, and the carton is lifted by the cylinder from the discharge port, and the toggle lever pushes out the carton to complete the product packaging.
